The concept reinterprets the classic family villa through a contemporary neoclassical architectural language based on symmetry, balanced proportions, and refined materials. Light natural stone, tall windows, and a mansard roof combine classical grandeur with understated, timeless elegance.
The palette combines light natural stone and finely moulded stone details with dark metal frames and expansive glazing. Dark roof tiles, metal railings, stone steps, and natural garden paving further enhance the architecture’s classical character.
Materials
Warm white and cream tones form the light stone foundation, contrasted by graphite window frames and the dark mansard roof. Lush greenery and red Japanese maple accents introduce natural colour and a sense of romantic depth to the restrained architectural palette.
Colors
The outdoor furnishings reflect the elegant character of the architecture through understated dining and lounge areas oriented towards the garden and panoramic views. Terraces, the balcony, and carefully composed landscaping create a natural extension of the home’s formal living spaces.
Furnishings
Natural light accentuates the sculptural quality of the stone façade throughout the day, while the tall glazed openings reveal the warm glow of the interior in the evening. Subtle façade and landscape lighting highlights the entrance, stone detailing, and greenery, giving the villa a distinctive nighttime presence.
